A woman has been overwhelmed by the response to her dog nativity scene after a photograph posted on Twitter was liked more than 83,000 times.
BBC News reports that Jo Kingston, who runs a dog walking and grooming business in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, said “it’s gone bonkers”.
Ms Kingston posted the image on social media earlier this month. It was spotted by another user who tweeted the picture, which was then re-tweeted more than 29,000 times.
‘Towels on heads’
Ms Kingston, who runs the small business from her home, added: “I woke up and somebody tagged me in this photo saying, ‘Jo, you’ve gone viral’. “I’ve had so many people messaging me.”
She said the photograph was “easy” to take “as long as you’ve got food and you’ve got the right dogs”. “I’d seen it on the internet before, I’m not the first to do it,” she said. “People love seeing the dogs – especially with towels on their heads.” She said she took the photograph to create a nice feeling. “I didn’t expect this at all,” she added.
