Rescue Me

Rescue Me is a small foster home-based rescue helping animals across Merseyside as well as the surrounding areas.

Adopting a rescue animal can be a truly rewarding experience but it’s not something that should be decided on quickly. Adding a pet to your family needs a lot of thought and consideration into practical, financial and emotional changes to the family.

We take in a large variety of animal including cats, dogs, rabbits, guineapigs, budgies, parrots, rats, mice, hamsters and a number of other species.

We are a foster-based rescue, so we rely on fosterers to provide a safe space for our animals. When you foster you free up a space at the rescue for other animals who need our help. Fostering can also give families who are unable to adopt due to other commitments, an opportunity to help an animal.

Fostering allows the animal to have one to one care within a home environment. It can help the animal recover from illness, neglect and abuse and helps the animal on its journey to their new life.
